We can offer the house to rent on its own, the lodge to rent on its own or the ability to rent both the house and lodge as a whole complex for guest numbers of up to 16.
The lodge is accessible by driving or walking up a steep slope located at the side of the house. You enter secure gates and the entrance to the lodge and the pool area are then in the enclosed area which is private. The house can be either accessed via the slope or through the front door where the games room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor with stairs to the rest of the house and pool area.

The Main House offers a large new Kitchen for summer 2022, Utility, Dining Room, Lounge, Cloakroom, Bathroom, Four King size Bedrooms and One Super King Size Bedroom, Three of the Bedrooms in the Main House have Ensuite facilities and can also be entered from the pool side (See 'Extra Bedrooms' tab). Most of the bedrooms have zip link beds which can turn the rooms into twin rooms if required.
We are also can help with special events or celebrations by decorating the house with balloons, or banners for birthdays, Christmas, anniversary's etc but this would be at an extra cost. Some of the photographs below show the house and lodge with decorations.

The Lounge
The Lounge is a large room with multi sofas both leather and an orange double sofa bed. There are windows to the front with stunning views of the sea and a patio door which enables the view of the swimming pool and front of the lodge. We are also able to prepare the house for special celebrations as an additional cost. We added new carpets to Lounge, Dining Room and Hall in 2018 and since the Christmas photo new curtains and accessories in the lounge including a larger TV with a range of features.

The Dining Room will seat a minimum of 8 and has an extending table. It is certainly a room with a view which you will enjoy not only for the stunning day time views but also to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Please Note: The chairs are very expensive (£250 each to purchase) so any damages would be charged for however, if you have children and wish for a more robust set to be supplied we are able to change these for you. Please provide us adequate notification of your wishes.

We have just had installed a new luxury kitchen with a granite work surface. We ask all guests to be especially carefully of spillages and staining as damages are documented for each guest and chargeable.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
There are five bedrooms located in the house, three are ensuite and two share a bathroom on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite - is a Super King room with an ensuite and can be split into a twin and we can add another single bed if required.
Bedroom 2 with ensuite - a lovely king size luxury bed with a built in television
New Bedroom for 2021 with ensuite - this can be split into a twin room if required
Downstairs Bathroom
- has over the bath shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, toilet and basin
Downstairs Bedrooms 4 and 5
- these share the bathroom as seen above and are located on the ground floor. Both these rooms can be split into twin beds if required.
